Complete the ICT policy survey and win an Amazon Echo

30 July 2018

ITS is revising UQ's ICT policies and procedures.

These revisions will be in alignment with the Streamlining and Enhancing Policies and Procedures (SEPP) program.

SEPP aims to address key deficiencies found in existing policies and procedures. All UQ policies should clearly indicate the:

  • actions required
  • roles and responsibilities required.

A draft version of the new ICT policies (PDF, 193KB) is available for download.

ICT policy survey

We've put together an ICT policy survey, which contains content from 3 new ICT policies, which have been drafted to replace existing policies.

This survey can be completed anonymously. Your honest feedback is appreciated.

Some of the questions refer to "consumers". Consumers are all people who access UQ's systems, networks or other ICT resources, including staff, students, visitors, contractors, third parties, clinical and adjunct title holders, affiliates, alumni and others.

If you have any questions or concerns about the content of this survey, email Mark Richardson, IT Strategy, Policy and Assurance Officer:

Take the survey

In exchange for your feedback, we're giving away an Amazon Echo (2nd Generation). Answer question #1 to enter the draw.

To go into the draw to win an Amazon Echo (2nd Generation), take the survey and make sure you answer question #1.
