The Queensland Police Service Fraud and Cyber Crime Group presented AusCERT with a “Partnership Award” at the Cyber, Identity and Corporate Crime Conference in September. The award recognises the organisation's contribution to building a better and safer future for our communities.

AusCERT’s General Manager, Graham Ingram accepted the award: “AusCERT is pleased to receive this award from the Queensland Police Service. AusCERT has enjoyed a close and long term relationship with Queensland Police which compliments the important work AusCERT does against cybercrime and it is an honour to have this relationship formally recognised.”

Detective Superintendent Brian Hay APM acknowledged AusCERT as a long term partner and supporter of their projects, symposiums and training programs such as:

  • The National Law Enforcement Workshop & Online cybercrime symposiums
  • The Fraud and Cyber Crime Group’s Hong Kong Police Internet investigation training initiative
