We provide printed and online guides to assist staff, students and visitors to connect to UQ systems. Wherever possible individual analysts will endeavour to provide advice and guidance on identifying and resolving issues on personal devices. However, this advice and guidance is “best effort”, and does not imply any obligation or liability for ongoing support or repair of privately owned equipment. In addition, your use of personal equipment to perform UQ-related work does not imply any obligation or liability for ongoing support or repair of privately owned equipment.
