Leaders from across the ITS business graduated from their development program in November. The course provided by Mind Gardener® draws upon the latest brain science research, aiming to develop leaders using mindfulness techniques. The workshops ran over several months and were considered a success by many attendees.

When David Pilon, Gatton Team Leader for Desktop Support Services was asked what he considered the most important teaching he gained from the course, David said:

"I can analyse my own thoughts, their actions on me, and the effect on others. As a leader I'm more aware of the team and factors affecting staff. I'm more focused and I change to single tasking where possible, and when talking to people I clear my mind before starting to talk."
