The Client Services group, within Information Technology Services, provides a standard set of reports and analysis for scanning each exam:

  • Alphabetical order with score, percentile and sub-test score if requested
  • Descending by score order with score, percentile and sub-test score if requested Individual item response in alphabetic order
  • Item analysis eg. detractor and percentage for each response
  • A Spreadsheet with two options:
    1. Alphabetical with student number, surname, initials and score
    2. Alphabetical with student number, surname, initials, score and actual response for each question (optional, must be requested)
