Setting up the delegate access


  • Click 'Tools'
  • Click 'Accounts'

  • Click 'Advanced'

  • Select the 'Delegates' tab
  • Click the '+' under the heading 'Open these additional mailboxes'

  • Type the name of the person you wish to send on behalf of
  • Select the name of the user you want to add and click 'Add'
  • Click 'OK' and close the accounts window.
