Import your emails using Outlook 2013 or 2016.

While Outlook 2013 or 2016 is installed on your computer, you can use it to move email, contacts, and calendar items from one email account to another.

These instructions assume you've already exported your Outlook Email, Contacts, and Calendar from another instance of Outlook, and now you want to import them into Outlook 2013 or Outlook 2016.

1. Importing

  • Click File at the top of the Outlook 2013 or 2016 ribbon.

  • Click Open & Export > Import/Export.¬†

  • Choose Import from another program or file, and then click Next.

  • Choose Outlook Data File (.pst) and click Next.
