This guide is for staff who have recently been migrated to 365 and want to send or receiveĀ calendars from staff who haven't been migrated.

365 to Exchange & Exchange to 365

Calendar sharing allows a user to grant access to a nominated delegate.

NOTE: This is the ONLY way to share calendars while in hybrid mode with cross-premise users. Users will only be able to review the calendar that has been shared and NOT be provided EDIT permissions.


Open Outlook

Click the Calendar Icon

Located at the bottom left of your outlook

Click Share CalendarĀ 

Part of theTop Menu Bar

You will then get an Invitation pop up

Click To.. and search for the recipient in the Global Address List
Be sure to select Full Details from the drop down

Then Click Send
