Opening the shared calendar

You may now notify the person that you have granted permissions to that they can open your calendar. If they are on a mac as well, the calendar can be opened as follows:

  • Your person you have permissions to selects their 'Calendar' tab
  • Then selects the 'Open Calendar' button
  • This will bring up the 'Open Calendar' menu box, from which you can type the 'Name', then select 'Open' to open the calendar.

Please tick Always use my response for this server, then Allow.

The calendar appears under Shared Calendars in the calendar selection pane running down the left.
