Removing an email profile from your device won't delete your emails. A copy of all your emails is kept on the email server.

Submit an IT request to remove your email profile from a UQ device.
Apple
iOS for iPhone and iPad
Outlook
- Open Outlook.
- Tap the menu icon on the top left of the screen, then select the cog icon to open your settings.
- Select your UQ account.
- Tap 'Delete Account'.
- Tap 'Delete' to confirm.
- Open the settings app on your device and select 'Mail'.
- Tap 'Accounts'.
- Select your UQ account.
- Tap 'Delete Account', then 'Delete from My iPhone'.
macOS for Mac
Outlook
- Open Outlook.
- Go to the 'Tools' menu at the top of your screen and select 'Accounts'.
- Select the account you want to remove.
- Click the minus (–) button.
- Click 'Delete' to remove the email account.
- Click the 'Apple' menu at the top of your screen.
- Go to 'System Preferences', then 'Internet Accounts'.
- Select your UQ account and click the minus (–) button.
- Click 'OK'.
Android
Outlook for Android
- Open Outlook.
- Go into settings.
- Select your UQ account.
- Tap 'Delete Account' and then 'Delete.'
Gmail for Android
- Open the settings app on your device and tap 'Users & Accounts'.
- Select your UQ account.
- Click 'Remove Account' and then 'Remove Account' again.
