This guide will explain how to setup your student email account using Outlook on a Windows computer.

Add your email account to Outlook

Open Outlook, go to 'File' then select 'Add Account'. 


Configure your email account

Select 'E-mail Account'. Enter your details as below then click 'Next': 

  • Your name: Firstname Lastname 
  • E-mail Address:
  • Password: Enter your student email password
  • Retype Password: Retype your student email password

Check the configuring process is successful and click 'Finish'.
