The purpose of this Quick Reference Guide is to build working knowledge and understanding of how to use Quick Search for contacts and enquiries, and how to use wildcards when doing a search.

The Quick Search menu will have a number of options available to you depending on your settings. The standard search options which can be selected from the Quick search drop-down menu are:

  1. Contact Quick search
  2. Enquiry Quick search

The following wildcards can be used when performing searches.

Operator Description

Appending an asterisk to use a wildcard in your search term to match exact string. For example, searching for Jane* returns results that start with Jane, such as Janet.
