The following information relates to Microsoft Outlook 2010, 2013 and 2016. This demonstration is done on Windows 10 using Outlook 2013. Other operating systems and versions of outlook will look slightly different.

1. Launch Microsoft Outlook

Start by launching Microsoft Outlook 

If you have not configured Outlook with another account:

  1. When prompted by the Microsoft Startup screen, press Next
  2. When asked if you wish to configure an email account, select Yes and press Next

If you have already configured Outlook with another account:

  1. When outlook has launched, select File in the top left
  2. Select Add Account
