To have new folder managers added, or old ones removed, contact the ITS Service Desk by email (help@its.uq.edu.au). Requests must be made in writing so there is a record of any changes made.

Folders can have multiple managers, and ITS recommends at least two are maintained per folder, in case one staff member is unavailable. If your position has changed, and you are no longer the most appropriate manager for a given folder, please contact the service desk and advise us of the UQ username of your replacement.
