Full Building Shutdown- Saturday 3rd December 2016

Central Plaza Management on behalf of its owners have the requirement to carry out a FULL BUILDING SHUTDOWN to complete Major Switchboard Planned Maintenance.

These works are to conduct inspections and servicing of our main switchboard breakers. These breakers are what switch over when required during a CBD / building loss of power, and where the generators are needed to provide back-up power. They are therefore considered as critical equipment.

The expected duration of these works will be 12 hours, commencing at 7am Saturday 3rd of December 2016.



During this time there will be nil building services available, therefore no air conditioning, cooling water, lighting and or lifts etc. While these works take place the building will not be allowed to be occupied.

We will have additional guards in place during this time to maintain building security.

We apologise for the inconvenience and thank you in advance for your cooperation. Please contact building management on 3232 1455 should you have any questions.
